Über Irem
Hello Mum and Dads! My name is Irem. I am offering unconditional love & care for your beloved one because I know how important he/she is to you. I had to leave behind my Golden Retriever, Cody to come to Berlin for my master's studies and in seek a new life journey. Our paths with Cody have crossed when he was just one month old. In a sense, we grew up together. In 2017 when I moved to Berlin it was too harsh to be without dog energy around me - so I’ve decided to dog-sit. It has been more than 4 years now that I’m pawshaking and it has definitely become more than a dogsitting thing for me. I’ve encountered too many furry souls and great families. And many thanks to all my lovely dogs and their beloved parents, I have written my thesis on dog-human companionship and received my MA degree in Sociology.
Let me explain how I do what I do;
Depending on my availability - I can offer dog boarding (for a few days, for a weekend, my longest dog boarding was for two months), doggy daycare and house sitting. I live by myself. There is no dog or person around. When your dog comes to my place he or she is the boss of my apartment. :) I basically plan my day around the needs of the dog. Every dog has different routines and I try not to skip any of their routines as they do with you, as much as I provide them with different adventures and find my own way to build our relationship. I have a full-time job and I take my dogs with me to the office, our office is extremely dog-friendly and cozy. Petsitting is kind of a healing for me. I definitely consider dogs as my best friends and I know that they understand our thoughts and feel our emotions. I'm not looking at it as a job, and I'm doing my best in order not to let you in a worry. I know and I share your feelings, your worries. I update you - sometimes even over update you with their silly moments and lovely pictures 📸
And finally, I believe in energy adaptation.I guess it can be understood at first moments.That's why I always want to meet in person first we agree on something. Looking forward to see your baby's wagging tail 🐕
